The full rebound to our typical production levels of 90% remains uncertain, primarily due to unpredictable weather patterns.
Exciting news though – we've officially commenced the harvesting of asparagus, proudly positioning ourselves as the first in China to kickstart production this year. The heart of asparagus season spans from April through early June, a period we're approaching with optimism and preparedness.
Confronting the hurdles of production, packaging, and labor costs head-on, we're innovating our way through. The introduction of Hepro peeling machines and the establishment of continuous production lines are strategic moves designed to embrace the upcoming asparagus season fully.
